AIR SEYCHELLES’ CATERING OPERATIONS UP THEIR GAME AT THE SALON VALLEE DE MAI PREMIUM LOUNGE

(New dishes, new presentation and great passenger feedback)
Goodies galore await premium passengers of airlines flying to the international airport on the main Seychelles’ island of Mahe, as the Air Seychelles catering department is rolling out new menus, A range of dishes, depending on the time of day either hot or cold or both, are presently being tested at the Salon Vallee de Mai to improve the experience of passengers who can, on strength of the ticket they hold or their loyalty card status, get access to the airport’s only premium lounge.
The lounge team together with the catering department team this afternoon tried out the new set up and the guests in the lounge, yours truly included, applauded the effort and then enjoyed some new dishes including a banana pie and a set of pastries – a significant improvement compared to the previous standards which were, needless to say, also excellent.
