CONSIDERING THE #COVID19 TIMEFRAME DOES AIR SEYCHELLES EXTEND THE NEW GUIDELINES TO END APRIL – BUT WILL THAT BE ENOUGH?

Air Seychelles has extended its waiver policy until 30th of April 2020, to provide travellers more choice and flexibility with their tickets due to the evolving COVID-19.
Passengers travelling across the airline’s network as from 04th of March until 30th of April, 2020 can now alter their dates of travel without incurring a change fee.
For those unsure of their exact travelling dates, Air Seychelles is recommending the travellers to proceed with cancelling their reservation now, and rebook without a fee for travel at a later time. At the time of rebooking, if a fare difference arises or taxes have increased, additional fees may apply.

The new waiver policy is not applicable on domestic tickets for travel between Mahe and Praslin.
Air Seychelles is also notifying all travellers that as the Call Centre is currently experiencing a high volume of calls and emails, to only contact the centre if their travel is within the next 72 hours.
Travellers requesting the complimentary date change are advised to visit their travel agency, the Air Seychelles Sales Offices in both Mahe and Praslin or contact the airlines Call Centre by phoning 4391000.
