LAM flight TM 1134 from Maputo to Quelimane ended up in the grass next to the runway after a bodged landing attempt.
The aircraft, a Boeing B737-700, registered as C9-BAR, MSN 30674/1511, was first put into service in May 2004 and carried an unknown number of passengers, all of whom escaped unhurt and exited the aircraft by stairs provided by the airport handling company.
