We are continuously exploring the training and professional development needs of African aviation professionals. Earlier this week, the world celebrated Labour Day. In all, an excellent moment to help us build better professional development opportunities for professionals like you. One of the tools we use for that is a training needs assessment. Its objective is to ensure we provide best-suited training and professional development programmes of the highest quality in order to serve your training needs and those of your organisation. There are a total of ten questions that will take you approximately 10-15 minutes to answer. Please take the necessary time to answer each of these questions carefully. Completion of the survey by May 21st, 2017 entitles the individual to a free copy of the upcoming edition of Africa’s aviation safety promotion magazine SafetyFocus. Please send us the relevant postal address (P.O. Box) by email after completing the survey.
