It’s true that the Seychelles is known for its tranquility, beauty and charm. But did you know that you can also experience an extreme and adventurous Seychelles? The Icebreaker, or the top of the mountain, is a series of zip lines passing over and through the canopy of trees in the forest covering the hillsides of the Constance Ephelia Resort, offering the most spectacular views over the bay and a series of breathtaking journeys and this correspondent can vouch for the adrenalin rush, having zip lined all the way from top to bottom.

But of course, there are so many other adventurous option which you can choose from when on the exciting island of paradise! Take your pick of motorized or non-motorized sport or cruise the ocean on a 15 meter yacht. Take on one of the many nature trails and then cool off in the turquoise ocean which is an adventure in itself.
