AFRAA’s 7th Aviation Stakeholders Convention is now just two weeks away. Hosted by Air Tanzania and under the high patronage of the Government of Zanzibar, this event promises to be one of the most exciting editions yet.
I. Registration
Delegates intending to participate in the 7th Aviation Stakeholders Convention are requested to register through our online platform. This will ensure that your name badges are printed in good time. For those who have already registered and received confirmation, please be advised that you need not register again.
II. Event Programme
Convened under the theme,” Harnessing Aviation Opportunities in Africa”, the Convention programme has been structured to incorporate presentations, panel discussions and master classes on key industry topics. To view the programme, please follow the link: http://asc.afraa.org/en/index.php/programme
III. One to One Meetings
The Aviation Stakeholders Convention programme will include one-to-one scheduled meeting. To help you get the most value from your participation and enable you make contacts, we invite you to take part in our new one-to-one meeting sessions. The delegate list shall be shared in the course of the week and instructions shall be given on how one can proceed with participating in these appointments.
IV. Hotel Accommodation
AFRAA and Air Tanzania have negotiated special rates to be extended to delegates participating in the 7th Aviation Stakeholders Convention. To make reservations, please follow instructions from the hotels page on the event website: http://asc.afraa.org/en/index.php/venue-hotels
V. Visa
Delegates will receive visas on arrival with the exception of delegates from the following countries: Afghanistan, Abkhazia, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Chad, Djibouti, Ethiopia, Eritrea, Equatorial Guinea, Kazakhstan, Kyigyten Rep, Lebanon, Mali, Mauritania, Niger, Palestine, Senegal, Somalia, Sri Lanka, Somaliland, Sierra Leone, Tajikistan,Turkmenistan. Delegates from these countries are requested to send their passport copies to facilitate their visa application.
