Meanwhile has Air Kenya’s Ugandan company, Aerolink Uganda, also issued a statement about a fare increase coming into effect on the 01st of December this year, after being able to hold fares at the same level for 7 years.
Over the years, the global economy has continued to rise affecting the aviation industry i.e fuel, aircraft spare parts, human resource etc resulting in high operational costs.
AeroLink has been able to maintain its fares for 7 years without passing it on to the client not withstanding the rising rate of inflation which has led to high costs.
Considering the above, AeroLink has now been compelled to increase its fares by 5% effective 1st December 2023. Kindly take note of the below important points:
- Existing bookings for December 2023 and all 2024 travels should be paid-up by 30th November 2023 to enjoy the current 2023 rates. If not paid by the deadline of 30th November 2023, the new rate will apply.
- Any new booking for 1st December 2023 onwards will attract the new rate effective immediately.
We sincerely appreciate your continued trust in AeroLink and remain committed to providing you with a safe and reliable service.
Warm Regards,
AeroLink Management
