AIR SEYCHELLES EXTENDS WAIVER POLICY TO PROVIDE TRAVELLERS MORE FLEXIBILITY

Air Seychelles has reportedly extended its waiver policy to provide travellers more flexibility and peace of mind if they choose to rebook and fly at a later time, due to the unprecedented events surrounding the COVID – 19 pandemic.
As part of the policy, travellers holding tickets issued any time until 31st of December 2020, can now benefit from unlimited date changes with no penalty fee. Travellers can also opt to change their destination of travel across the Air Seychelles network or apply for a refund.
To request for these options travellers are invited to complete a simple form located in the Rebook and Refund section on the Air Seychelles web page at airseychelles.com.
Requests for complimentary date change must be applied for three days prior to departure. Air Seychelles will not charge reissuance fees at the time of rebooking and any applicable fare difference will apply. Travellers can also visit their travel agency, the Air Seychelles Sales Offices or contact the airlines Call Centre by phoning 4391000 for more information on the above options.
