#DARESSALAAM TO #KILIMANJARO TO #MWANZA ON AIR TANZANIA’S NEW B787

Air Tanzania earlier today launched the first commercial flight with their recently acquired new Boeing B787 Dreamliner.
The aircraft left Dar es Salaam and stopped over at Kilimanjaro International Airport before flying on to the lake side city of Mwanza, carrying a full load of invited guests, media representatives and paying passengers who wanted to earn the honour badge of being on the first flight with the new aircraft.
For the time being has Air Tanzania planned to send the wide body twice a day on this route to give the crews opportunity to get additional training in flight and get more fully acquainted with the new systems before then, in September, commencing three weekly flights from Dar es Salaam to Mwanza.
