COASTAL AVIATION INFORMS THAT ‘MASHADO AIRSTRIP‘ NOW CHARGES 15 US DOLLARS PER PERSON

| Coastal Aviation would like to inform you that with effect from 1st March 2018 the owners of the airstrip are introducing a fee for every passenger arriving to and/or departing from the Mashado Airstrip. The fee is earmarked for the upkeep and maintenance of the airstrip. They will be monitoring the effect and may lower the fee as and when possible.
The introduced rate is USD 15 per person arriving and/or departing. As a consequence of the above new fee, our taxes for all the flights to/from the Mashado Airstrip need to be increased accordingly. Please note this change comes into affect from 1st March 2018. The Mashado airstrip is located between Saadani National Park and Tanga Airport and it operates to grant the best experience for whose would like to enjoy the intact beaches of Pangani and its peaceful surroundings where the bright white of the sand meets the breathtaking indigo of the ocean.
