ATPN Launches FCT Chapter as It Celebrates 35 Years

The Association of Tourism Practitioners of Nigeria (ATPN) will on Thursday, 11th September 2025, officially inaugurate its Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Chapter, as well as commemoratedthe Association’s 35th Anniversary.

The event, holding at Kapital Klub & Apartments, Gamal Abdul Wasir Street, Asokoro, Abuja, will commence at 10:00 am, with guests expected to be seated by 9:50 am.

The FCT Chapter is expected to strengthen ATPN’s presence in the nation’s capital, providing a platform to drive innovation, collaboration, and professionalism in Nigeria’s tourism industry.

The programme will feature keynote address, panel discussion, goodwill messages, cultural performances, awards, etc.,bringing together stakeholders from government, private sector, and civil society.

The Vice President ATPN FCT, Dr. Abigail Olagbaye, noted that the launch underscores its commitment to advancing tourism as a tool for economic growth and enhancing Nigeria’s visibility on the global tourism map.
