#AuricAir amends cancellation policy for tickets as #COVID19 crisis hits home

Greetings!

In response to the growing concerns over the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19), which has resulted in cancellations in travel plans, Auric Air has has put in place the below cancellation policy effective 12th of March 2020

The policy is applicable for bookings done before 11th of March 2020 with travel dates up to 30th of June 2020.

Updated policy related to all cancellations due to COVID-19:

Scheduled flights:
Confirmed bookings will attract NO charges, if the cancellation is received up to 48 hours before departure time. Any cancellation within 48 hrs of departure time will attract 100% charges.

Chartered flights:
Confirmed Charter Cancellations will attract NO charges if the cancellation is received within 48 hours of departure time, provided the aircraft has not been positioned specifically to cater to the flight (aircraft has not flown). If the aircraft has been positioned to cater to the flight then the cancellation charge will be 100%.
