#AVIADEV returns to Kigali

#AVIADEV KICKS OFF TODAY IN #KIGALI

Launching today, alongside the Africa Hotel Investment Forum, is AVIADev, a conference aiming to bring together airports, airlines, governments, industry suppliers and tourism authorities to determine the future air connectivity and infrastructure development of Africa.
The meetings provide an opportunity for the aviation and hotel development communities to share intelligence on their future plans, catalysing tourism development on the continent.Attending the aviation part of the two conferences are, besides host RwandAir, such leading carriers as Brussels Airlines, Kenya Airways, Ethiopian, Royal Air Maroc, South African Airways but also, among others, Fastjet, Hahn Air, Africa World Airlines AWA, Air Djibouti and Tanzania’s Coastal Aviation.
Organizer of both meetings is Bench Events which has been organizing in particular the AHIF Conferences for several years now, migrating the venue from Nairobi via Addis Ababa to now Kigali. A new venue for the 2018 meetings is due to be announced towards the end of this year’s events.

Also taking place on the sidelines of the two conferences are the World Travel Awards for Africa which in a gala dinner night at the Radisson Blu in Kigali will announce the winners for 2017 from a range of services, of course covering airlines but also hotels, tour and safari operators and other related businesses.
