PRE-EVENT WORKSHOP SET TO BECOME A REGULAR FEATURE FOR FUTURE AVIADEV’ EVENTS

This special event workshop, held on Wednesday and hosted by AviaDev’s Juraj Toth together with Rebecca Rowland and John Grant of Midas Aviation, was a sellout as the topics discussed were generally seen as areas of key importance for the participants.
Under the broader theme ‘Air Service Development Workshop for Airports, Tourism Authorities and Civil Aviation Authorities‘ were then four sub themes presented:
- Creating a Route Development Strategy
- Understanding Airline Strategies
- Defining a Catchment Area
- Incentive Schemes and Other Forms of Route Support
Midas Aviation (www.MidasAviation.com), a leading aviation consultancy firm, was kind enough to permit the use of one of their graphics which provides invaluable information for the the target group the workshop had aimed for and which should give reason to ponder for those who did not sign up to the workshop while attending the AviaDev Africa 2019 Conference.
A similar event is being planned already for the 2020 edition of AviaDev Africa and details, where the next conference will be held, are expected to be released in due course and will of course be published right here.
