We are just 2 weeks away from AviaDev Africa 2021. Unfortunately, we cannot be in the Treasure Island of Madagascar as planned, but we are going to do our best to bring Madagascar to you through our immersive event experience.
We are really excited about creating a memorable event experience that will feel more like a TV show than a webinar. We come together under the theme Innovate, Unite, Thrive at a time where our industry has to embrace innovation and collaboration to support the recovery.

US travellers are booking to fly from the Caribbean to Iceland and now the air ticketing data shows that they are also keen to travel to long-haul destinations in Africa and the Middle East.

Africa’s aviation leaders highlight
steps for sustainable recovery
Following the African Airlines Association’s (AFRAA’s) Aviation Stakeholders’ Convention held on 18-19 May, AFRAA, alongside Airports Council International (ACI) Africa, the African Civil Aviation Commission (AFCAC), the Civil Air Navigation Services Organisation (CANSO), the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and the United Nations World Tourism Organisation (UNWTO), has issued a statement outlining the measures required to ensure a sustainable recovery of the air travel industry in Africa following the global pandemic.
