As we bid farewell to the old and welcome the new, the AviAssist Foundation extends warm greetings to each of you. We’re looking ahead to this new year with real enthusiasm and optimism, and with a shared commitment to support you as you advance aviation safety in Africa. For us, this is the 31st year of being by your side.

Next Focus Session – 5th of February

Season six is here – now broadcasting from Africa!

A step we had hoped to make last year but now it’s happening! We’ll be coming to you from Africa from this season onwards. We’ll start this new season with an episode about drones operations and safety. We’ll be joined in the studio in Rwanda by experts from the biggest drone operator in Africa – Zipline. How is safety managed in drone operations? How do drones stay away from manned aircraft? What are the steps to become a drone pilot?
Get the answer to these and other questions from Zipline’s Yves Benimana and Edison Niyomurinzi at the table with your host Tom Kok.

And work towards a certificate of attendance with the test at the end – must be completed within 36 hours of the live broadcast!
