Cabo Verde

Cabo Verde Airlines has halted their flights to Italy over #COVID19 concerns
The airline in mid February also announced the halt of flights to Salvador in Brazil.
The government of Cabo Verde has decided to sell a 7plus percent stake in the airline to private investors from Cabo Verde.

Seychelles

Information is circulating that Air Seychelles is evaluating flights to Australia, using an Airbus A321XLR, as well as to Cape Town, perhaps in combination if traffic rights can be secured.

Tanzania

A court in the UK has reportedly ordered Air Tanzania to pay 30 million US Dollars to a leasing firm in Liberia from a bounced 2013 deal.

South Africa

Following a ruthless route cut by the Business Rescue managers have news emerged that the South African government will once again inject more than a billion US Dollars in the airline to keep it afloat.

Mayotte / France

EWA Air is resuming flights to Anjouan in neighbouring Comoros.

Kenya

Kenya Airways requires and receives another 5 billion Kenya Shillings bailout to maintain airworthiness of their Embraer 190 fleet to pay for mandatory engine and other maintenance.
