According to research by Randstad, a human recourses service provider, into the Belgian labour market, the aviation industry tops the list of most desirable sectors. Flag carrier SN ranks as the 4th most attractive employer in the country overall, and the number one in aviation, solidifying its reputation as the leading employer in the industry. Respondents to the study highlighted a positive work atmosphere, engaging job content, and promising career opportunities as key reasons for their interest in aviation.
The airline also intends to add 360 new staff – nearly one new hire per day. This hiring momentum is set to continue in the coming years as the airline pursues its ambitious growth strategy.
