It was a momentous occasion yesterday when Brussels Airlines’ first ever brand new aircraft, an Airbus A320Neo registered as OO-SBA rolled out of the paintshop and presented itself in the livery of the airline.
In the past had Brussels Airlines brought pre-owned aircraft to their fleet, some of them from within the Lufthansa Group, so the addition of a brand new aircraft writes a new chapter in the airline’s history.

There are still a few important steps before the aircraft will arrive in Brussels at the end of August, the formal reveal event in September and its first commercial flight in October.
