#BrusselsAirlines updates schedule for upcoming flights to Entebbe

NON STOP TO AND FROM ENTEBBE AS FLIGHTS FROM BRUSSELS SET TO RESUME

(Posted 27th September 2020)

Brussels Airlines, preparing to return to Entebbe in early October, has made some operational changes to the two flights per week, which will benefit travelers to and from Uganda.
Both flights, extending to Kigali and to Bujumbura, will see the crews take a nightstop at their final destination, with the aircraft parked, before after mandatory rest time resuming the return service.

Flights will route from Brussels via Entebbe to Kigali and then terminate in Bujumbura – no traffic rights for these two segments – before the following day commencing the return journey from first Bujumbura and then via Kigali to Entebbe.

This modus operandi will remain in place until at least February 2021 according
to airline sources. Other information also suggested that for the anticipated higher demand period over the Christmas and New Year Season, a third flight will be operating.

The aircraft used will be a three class configured Airbus A330-300, featuring Business, Premium Economy and Economy class cabins.

Travelers are reminded that strict health and safety protocols apply for both arriving and departing passengers in Entebbe and that non compliance with any of the outlined requirements – the information shown below was published by the aviation authorities in Uganda – will result in travelers not being accepted for the flight.
