We spoke with Ato Mesfin Tasew Bekele, Group CEO, Ethiopian Airlines and Mr Abderahmane Berthe, SG, AFRAA about the current priorities of Ethiopian Airlines, and hosting the upcoming 11th AFRAA Aviation Stakeholders Convention, scheduled to take place 7-9th May in Addis Ababa.
We discussed how important the African has market been in making ET what it is today and what it will be tomorrow in the face of continued competition, the latest news on Ethiopian’s partnerships across Africa, especially Nigeria and the DRC. What informed the new development that Ethiopian Aviation Academy will now offer degree courses, the overall African aviation industry performance so far in 2023.
