Meanwhile has the airline also launched three new Airbus A380 destinations on three subsequent days, namely San Francisco, Milan and Houston, giving travelers from Uganda and the rest of East Africa the opportunity to sample a connecting flight on the world’s largest passenger aircraft, of which the airline now operates already 55 planes. This brings to overall 33 the destinations served out of Dubai by the Airbus A380 and more will be announced for 2015 when additional A380’s will be delivered to Emirates.

Said one of Kampala’s leading travel agents: ‘Passengers flying out of Entebbe with Emirates very often ask what aircraft they will be on for their final sector out of Dubai and many are happy when they learn it will be an Airbus A380. Wide body travel all the way and flying on the largest passenger aircraft in the skies is a real incentive for many of our passengers apart from the baggage allowance and the stop over deals for clients who want to spend a few days in Dubai’.
