The Board of Directors of Trimetys Ltd wishes to inform the public of our recent partnership
with Constance Hotels Services Ltd.
This collaboration pertains to the management and operation of the Sakoa Boutik Hotel in
Mauritius, Tekoma Boutik Hotel, and Mourouk Hotel (formerly known as Mourouk Ebony
Hotel), both situated in Rodrigues. Additionally, the partnership includes equity investments
in the aforementioned Rodrigues-based hotels.
This partnership represents a strategic move for both companies, aiming to enhance the
hospitality offerings in our regions. By leveraging our combined expertise, we see potential
for growth and value addition for our stakeholders.
