Today in Dakar, Senegal, Assistant Secretary of State for the Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration Julieta Valls Noyes announced more than $64 million in life-saving humanitarian assistance for Sub-Saharan Africa.  This is just the latest demonstration of the U.S. commitment to Sub-Saharan Africa, with recent announcements by Under Secretary Uzra Zeya, Ambassador Jeffrey Prescott, and Ambassador Michael J.
