ONGOING MODERNIZATION AND REFURBISHMENT ENSURE SERENA’S CONTINUED FIVE STAR STATUS

Information from Dar es Salaam confirms that the ongoing classification of hotels in the commercial capital of Tanzania has once again bestowed a five star ranking to the Serena Hotel.
The hotel has been undergoing modernization, upgrading and refurbishment over the past one and a half years and a completely remodeled main lobby and new look restaurants have no doubt contributed to the hotel retaining its leading status in the city.
Also expanded and modernized was the Dar es Salaam Serena’s Maisha Spa, giving hotel guests and Spa members better facilities and more treatment options.
It is understood that two other hotels have also come out as five star facilities, while apparently only two hotels were ranked as four star hotels.
More than a dozen hotels attained a three star ranking.
