I am sure that Ugandan Hotels , lodges and operators receive good international bookings via Arusha and Moshi based tour operators. I believe that there is also considerable corporate business from Arusha to regional cities.
Here is an opportunity to network with 100 Arusha & Moshi inbound operators at a one afternoon/evening B2B event
February 01st, 2018 is the date for the first ever Spotlight on East Africa & Indian Ocean workshop in Arusha.

Arusha is the home to hundreds of Tanzanian inbound tour operators who are significant suppliers of bed nights to East African, hotels, lodges and beach resorts.
Objective
Primarily to offer East African hotels , resorts and safari lodges the opportunity of meeting Arusha & Moshi based inbound tour operators, Arusha based Travel agents, NGO’s and Corporates in one venue instead of spending hours and hours in Arusha traffic going from office to office!
WHO SHOULD EXHIBIT?
East African Hotel groups, safari lodges; tour operators, airlines.
Hotels seeking corporate business from Arusha should also exhibit.
WHO WILL ATTEND THE WORKSHOPS?
Arusha and Moshi based Inbound tour operators specialising in East Africa/Indian Ocean Islands; Arusha travel agents and Arusha NGO’s /UN /Corporate companies.
We will also invite Nairobi Inbound tour operators to attend.
We expect 100 attendees at the workshop.
HOW WILL WORKSHOP ATTENDANCE BE PROMOTED?
We will use our extensive databases for emailing out the invitations. Airlines attending also send invitations to their Travel agency/corporate databases.
We have appointed Toku Ltd –KILIFAIR Promotions to assist us with sending out the invitations and managing the registrations.

WORKSHOP FORMAT
The Spotlight workshop will be four hours long. The workshop format will be a FREEFLOW table top format with approximately 25 tables (see pictures below).
COSTS
USD 450 includes all workshop expenses, promotional costs; Cocktail party; 30 word description and company logo on the Event website and in the official catalogue distributed to all attendees; full contact address list of all attendees (and no shows) will be sent to exhibitors after the workshops.
