The Africa Travel Week (ATW) Media Awards 2025 are officially open for submissions, and we’re searching for the best of the best in travel journalism. If you’re a travel writer, blogger, photographer, or filmmaker who’s passionate about telling Africa’s unique stories, we want YOU to enter!

Who’s eligible?
Anyone who’s published content (print or online) between 1 January 2024 and 30 January 2025 related to African tourism is welcome to submit. And did we mention? It’s completely FREE to enter.

Winners will be announced during Africa Travel Week (9–11 April 2025, Cape Town International Convention Centre) .
