According to information received from the Seychelles will Dr. Alain St. Ange be nominated for an Ambassadorial position next week,
Dr. Alain St. Ange previously held ministerial portfolios for Tourism and Culture, and later Tourism, Civil Aviation, Ports and Marine, between 2012 and 2016. Prior to his appointment as a Minister by then President James Michel did he hold the portfolios of Director of Tourism Marketing and subsequently as CEO of the Seychelles Tourism Board. He brought the global spotlight on the Seychelles with the introduction of the Seychelles Carnival de Carnivals, the international carnival festival with groups performing from all over the world.
Dr. Alain St. Ange, now a globally renowned and respected tourism expert, keynote speaker, presenter and consultant, also contested the 2020 and 2025 presidential elections and distinguished himself and his running mates during the respective campaigns for his honourable, balanced and fair way of competing for votes.
