It is with great sadness that ATCNews reports of the passing of the former Chief Executive Officer of the Zimbabwe Tourism Authority, Dr. Karikoga Kaseke.
Often referred to as just Dr. KK, he was instrumental in entering a media partnership between ZTA and ATCNews and became a friend during several visits by yours truly to Sanganai Hlanganani, Zimbabwe’s World Tourism Expo.
The COVID19 pandemic and subsequent events saw our regular interaction reduce but we never lost complete touch with each other.
The entire ATCNews team extends sincere condolences and deep sympathy to Dr. KK’s family, his friends and his former colleagues at ZTA, all of whom lost a friend, a true tourism leader, a patriotic Zimbabwean and a true African.
Rest in eternal peace my friend and until we meet again!
