#Driftwood #Malindi News Updates – #Kenya’s best bare feet resort …

Let’s take a walk…

Early morning is my favorite time of the day! The air is cool, the ocean is still and the beach quiet. The buzz of daily life has not quite caught up to me yet so it is at this time when I like to walk and get a glimpse of what the day ahead might offer.
With the fishing season drawing to a close, our resident skippers, crew and fish are all looking forward to a well-earned rest. During the season, our team have been here in the background ensuring intrepid fishermen receive their wake-up calls, get their early morning coffee’s and that their packed lunches are prepared. It’s been exciting to hear all the ‘fishing’ stories around the bar each evening and we wish these fishermen ‘tight-lines’ until the next time we see them.
In the meantime, there is no rest for us as we prepare to welcome you once again to celebrate Easter with us. The weather is warm, the beach is wide open, the sand is pristine and the ocean crystal clear. Whilst we cannot promise you chocolate, an Easter egg hunt or that there will be bunny’s of any kind hopping around the property, we can assure you of the coldest beers in Malindi, delicious menu options every night of the week and our unmistakable warm hospitality.
