What a crazy few months it has been. As you may know we made some changes and upgraded the property during the lockdown and are so glad to report that operations here at Driftwood are slowly returning to normal.
You will, however, be pleased to know that some things will never change…. The view remains uninterrupted, our welcome is still warm, our staff are at your service and our beers are guaranteed cold. |

| After an extremely long off-season, the fishing club are reopening in October and are once again hosting the Malindi International Fishing Festival and Churchill Trophy. The weekend offers much excitement over the weekend and many ‘fishermens stories‘ around the bar in the evenings.
Come on down to Malindi, there are boats and accommodation available…both at unbeatable rates. |

Following that, our team will go full steam ahead on the preparations for Christmas and New Year. I know! Including today there are currently 105 days to Christmas…
Once again, we hope to bring you all the festive cheer and jolly ho-ho’s with our Christmas Craft Fair, carol singing and traditional Christmas dinner plus other themed nights and get-togethers, and will tell you all about them closer to the time. |

It goes without saying that between now and then we are here and would love to show you around all the updates and improvements. Onesmus & Jimmy are busy polishing the glasses and John & Anderson are setting the tables in anticipation…
Our standard half-board rate is Ksh7500 per person per night, with children under 12 at Ksh4000 per child per night…and under 2’s stay for free. |

| Our reservations team are here to assist you plan your get-away. The airlines are offering many budget friendly flight choices landing at either Malindi or Mombasa every day of the week. If you are looking to take the more scenic route, the SGR train runs from Nairobi to Mariakani station every day. It’s cost effective and we’ll send a taxi to collect you on arrival to complete your transfer to Malindi. |
