Due to decline of Shilling value versus US Dollar are air packages getting more expensive

We at Serena Hotels continue to express our heartfelt gratitude for your unwavering support.

As you are aware,  we purchase airline tickets in US dollars, and whilst we have tried our best to hold the current Air package rates, the continued weakening of the Kenyan shilling to the dollar has now compelled us to revise our EA Resident Air packages as below.

These revised rates shall be applicable to all bookings with arrival date from Monday 24^th April 2023 and we confirm that we will honor any booking already confirmed with us. Kindly note that the non-resident air package remains unchanged.

We sincerely regret any challenges that may arise from these adjustments and should you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

The Travel agent commission remains at 12.5% on the Air Package  and we look forward to a successful partnership.
