New Guide to help promote tourism services in East Africa(Posted 16th June 2015)

A new tourism destination and services guide for Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, Kenya and Tanzania is in the making and the promoters have just released the first set of details on what users and advertisers can expect.
Wrote Catherine Ndwiga, the driving force behind the new guide, when asked yesterday to elaborate a bit more on the objectives:

The guide is a one-stop listing directory for travel information for East Africa covering Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, Tanzania and Zanzibar. We offer a listing and marketing platform for tourism service providers in East Africa which in return helps visitors to plan their trip to East Africa. This offers unlimited Customer to Business (C2B), Business to Customer (B2C) and Business to Business (B2B) linkages that can be leveraged within our platform.

With the much increased efforts to fuel East African integration, increase the number of tourists visiting East Africa by providing one single tourist visa, regional tourism marketing efforts whereby East Africa residents of Kenya, Uganda and Rwanda can be able to travel with just their National Ids, we feel that the East Africa Tourism Guide will come in handy to compliment these efforts and make it easier for visitors to plan their trip across East Africa.
