| In a dramatic rescue on the plains of Ol Pejeta Conservancy, an elephant bull was saved after becoming dangerously entangled in a fence wire around his right hind leg. In a statement shared on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, the Kenya Wildlife Service (KWS) said the elephant’s situation was critical, as every step he took tightened the wire, putting him at serious risk of injury. |
