ETHIOPIA TO HOLD FIRST EVER NATIONAL HOTEL AND TOURISM CONFERENCE

It is clearly a new dawn for Ethiopia’s tourism and hospitality industry as, organised by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism in collaboration with the Ethiopian Hotel and Related Service Providers Employer’s Federation, the Addis Ababa Hotel Owners Association and Ethiopian Tour Operators Association this Monday the first ever national conference is being held.
Over 600 Participants are expected to participated, in the presence of the Prime Minister, Ministers, Regional Presidents and invited guests including observers from the diplomatic corps and from development agencies present in Ethiopia.
The meeting aims to support the growing momentum injected into the sector by government to fast track tourism developments and arrange for greater precision in legislative and regulatory updates to provide an enabling environment.
Ethiopian Airlines too is expected to be part of the conference.
