ETHIOPIAN ADDS VIENNA AS THEIR 9TH EUROPEAN DESTINATION
(Posted 03rd March 2014)
Starting on 02nd of June will Ethiopian Airlines add Vienna, the Austrian capital, to their European network, making it a total of 9 destinations across Europe. In partnership with fellow Star Alliance member Austrian Airlines will passengers be able to fly beyond Vienna to in particular Eastern European destinations (still subject to regulatory approvals), making seamless travel possible, equally extended of course when flying from Vienna via Addis to any of the now 48 African destinations ET is currently serving.
Ethiopian will initially fly four times a week from Addis Ababa to Vienna, every Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday, very likely using a B787 Dreamliner.
Ethiopian also confirmed that effective July this year they will add more frequencies to Heathrow to finally offer daily flights to London.

This is a good news for all the travellers. Now they can comfortably travel to and from ethiopia at affordable rates. I thinks this initiative will increase the business of ethiopian airlines. Thank you for sharing this news with us and letting us know about this recent update.
