Reliable sources from Belgium have suggested that Ethiopian Airlines will up their game for their flights to the European capital when, as of 28th of October, they will link Brussels with Addis Ababa nonstop on a daily basis.
At present do three flights route via Vienna, adding an extra stop and costing time when travelers want to get either to Ethiopia or else connect in Addis Ababa to their final destination in Africa.
Tickets from Brussels to destinations in Africa come at Euros 658, almost a bargain given the high fares other European legacy carriers charge for flights to Africa outside the main hubs on the continent.
The flights will be operated with Boeing B787 equipment, the aircraft configured in a two class cabin layout of business – 2x2x2- and economy – 3x3x3.
