ZANZIBAR TOURISM TO BENEFIT FROM ADDITIONAL ETHIOPIAN AIRLINES FLIGHTS

The present three times a week flights from Addis Ababa via Kilimanjaro to Zanzibar will be shifting to daily services come December.
At the moment does Ethiopian serve Zanzibar every Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday but growing demand has prompted Africa’s financially most successful airline to add a further four frequencies ahead of the start of the high tourist season over the end year holidays.
Ethiopian Airlines also flies to the commercial capital of Dar es Salaam besides serving other key airports in the Eastern African region like Entebbe, Nairobi, Mombasa and Kigali.
Notably did Ethiopian last week bring their latest aircraft, a Boeing B787-9 Dreamliner, the first such aircraft delivered to an African airline, to Zanzibar as part of an African launch tour.
