ETHIOPIAN AIRLINES SET TO BRING THEIR LATEST ACQUISITION TO CANADA
(Posted 03rd April 2019)
(An Ethiopian Airlines Airbus A350 is being readied for flight from Addis Ababa’s Bole International Airport)
Come June 17th will Ethiopian Airlines replace the currently used Boeing’s on the route from Addis Ababa via Dublin to Toronto with a state of the art Airbus A350 of which the airline presently operates 10 such aircraft.
The route is right now served with both Boeing B787 and Boeing B777-200LR aircraft.
The switch to the Airbus will offer travelers 30 seats in Business Class and 318 in Economy Class.
Business Class passengers, while in transit in Addis Ababa, can now enjoy the comfort of a new and much larger Cloud 9 Lounge, while, when departing, use the dedicated Gate 22 from where premium passengers will then be bussed directly to their aircraft, bypassing the need for a longish walk to more distant regular boarding gates.
Gate 22 is in close vicinity to the lounge, offering Ethiopian Airlines premium travelers maximum comfort.
