ANOTHER AIRBUS A350-900 JOINS THE ETHIOPIAN FLEET
(Posted 10th April 2019)
Over the last weekend did another Airbus A350XWB arrive in Addis Ababa to join the fleet of Africa’s largest and most successful airline, Ethiopian Airlines.
Configured in a two class layout of Business Class and Economy Class has this 11th such aircraft boosted the airline’s fleet to now 113 aircraft overall, both for passenger and for cargo operations.
The fast growing fleet now has a new ‘home’ in Terminal 2 which incorporates many state of the art features, including several lounges which can be accessed by premium and qualifying passengers.
New at Bole International Airport’s Terminal 2 is a dedicated business class departure gate – close to all the lounges – from where passengers are bussed to their aircraft instead of having to walk long distances to the furthest gates.
