DECEMBER SEES FASTJET GET BACK INTO THE 90 PERCENT PUNCTUALITY TERRITORY

Fastjet PLC, currently operating two airlines in Tanzania and Zimbabwe, has just released their monthly punctuality rate for December 2016. The rise from the previous month to 90 percent – industry standards still call it an on time departure with a 15 minute window beyond the stipulated ETD – is evidence that the drop of services to Nairobi and Entebbe has helped to stabilize the operation of the company.
Fastjet in Tanzania serves, from their hub in Dar es Salaam, serves four domestic destinations and also flies to Lusaka, Harare and Johannesburg on continental routes while Fastjet in Zimbabwe flies from Harare twice a day to Johannesburg and thrice a week to Victoria Falls with rights for Bulawayo still being pursued.
Meanwhile has the airline issued a notice for Zimbabwean travelers using their local credit cards:
