This is a must read piece just received from Fastjet.
The airline is providing detailed results of a customer survey undertaken in late 2014 and the outcome in some areas is quite interesting. It is little wonder that the Kenyan Civil Aviation Authority does the bidding of existing airlines to keep Fastjet out of the Kenyan skies. With such results, and considering the often pathetic comments seen on social media about some of the airlines operating in Kenya, emphasis on some, but of course not all, those I have in mind must be shaking in their boots by the mere thought of Fastjet making a market entry.
