Good morning, Mr Thome!
The program you recommend seems to be very raw. Whole Russia is there in the 70s level, the same with the DRC, which is simply ridiculous. On serious travel advice sites, e.g. by the French foreign office, one can find much more detailed info on the destinations, than here. This program could be OK for a holiday maker, but barely anyone else.
