Industry redefining Gohori Resort has announced plans for the expansion of
the boutique property to offer an all-new luxurious wing. The new Presidential room will deliver an
elevated product offering that aligns with modern, prestigious Presidential rooms across the world.
The new luxury product is scheduled for completion by March 2026, in time for Northern summer
travel.
The selected site for this expansion is surrounded by natural and abundant Mutoko vegetation with
an unobscured view of the Gohori and surrounding mountains, which Mutoko is famed for. As part
of the product elevation drive, the resort will introduce a new lunch menu that will make Gohori
Resort a must-visit dining experience in Zimbabwe.

In addition to the Gohori Club Collection, the property will unveil a “members-only bar” as part of
the collection. The Hwesa Bar will feature the same design essence that has made Gohori Resort
a popular option for many. “Everything at Gohori Resort is designed using organic shapes, earthly tones that blend with the natural surroundings. In designing the bar area, we incorporated the lighting elements, the dense vegetation and the mountain backdrop to deliver an establishment fit for relaxation and purpose”, concluded Kasekete.
