We wish to announce that we have made the difficult decision to gradually phase out our scheduled service to Kigali, Rwanda.
Despite significant efforts and continued investment in recent years, this route has proven not to be profitable, and sadly no longer sustainable. Moving forward, we will allocate our resources where demand is higher for our premium services.
Please be assured that all confirmed bookings will be honoured, and we are still accepting new bookings for flights on dates where commitments have already been made. A complete list of these available dates can be found here.
Our Kigali operations will continue with minimal changes until the end of the peak season, concluding in late October 2025, as per the conditions outlined in our most recent communication on 10th March 2025.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your continued support and understanding.
