It is a pleasure to invite you to attend the IATA World Safety and Operations Conference (WSOC) in Xiamen, China from the 14 -16 October in the Fairmont Xiamen.
The IATA World Safety and Operations Conference (WSOC) will address all aspects of aviation safety—from flight and cabin operations to maintenance and emergency response. Industry leaders will also tackle today’s most urgent challenges, including lithium-ion battery incidents, GNSS spoofing, crisis management, spectrum allocation and supply chain pressures, as they work to shape the future of safe air travel.

Media Registration
There is no registration fee for media to attend WSOC and you are invited to stay for the full conference; however, you are requested to pre-register. The media code for WSOC is media-WSOC2025
Please follow these instructions for easy online registration:
Step 1: Click here to access the WSOC Registration Page.
Step 2: Register as Media. (please note an amount will show, the media code will tender a $0 balance at the end of the registration process).
Step 3: Re-confirm your Organization Type as Media in the Personal Information page.
Step 4: Complete the online registration and select sessions you wish to attend.
Step 5: On the Payment page, insert the discount code media-WSOC2025 to tender a $0 balance.
Step 6: Click “Apply” and then “Finish”.
Step 7: Once finalized, your registration confirmation will be sent to your email.
