Important changes to our booking system
Dear fastjetters,
If you’re in Tanzania or Kenya, we’ve updated your booking process.
You now have 20 minutes to complete your booking across desktop and mobile devices to secure your flight. If you do not complete the booking and make payment within this time, the booking will not be confirmed and you will need to re-enter the details of your chosen flight.
Don’t get caught out – if you’re booking on your mobile, make sure your phone is topped up sufficiently before selecting your flights to ensure your booking is completed as quickly and simply as possible.
