KENYA AIRWAYS GETS AHEAD OF THE RUMOUR MILL BY GIVING DETAILS ON FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS

Kenya Airways has issued a further statement, giving an update on today’s flight disruptions caused by an apparent crew shortage which hit earlier today.
Said the airline just moments ago:

Further to our earlier statement, Kenya Airways has cancelled 8 flights out of JKIA today due to operational disruption caused by flight deck crew constraints. This will have an impact on about 30 sectors on our network.
We apologise to our guests for any inconvenience caused and assure that they remain our highest priority. We will endeavor to ensure any affected guests are rebooked on other flights.
