Inyatsi Nkonyeni Mountain Bike Race in Swaziland
The Inyatsi Nkonyeni G2G MTB Classic, taking place on the 13th August 2016 at Swaziland’s serene Nkonyeni Lodge & Gold Estate is set to attract local and international riders, as the riders in this thrilling mountain bike race will explore Swaziland’s finest landscapes and bushveld.
Nkonyeni Lodge & Golf Estate is the perfect location for this Golf to Game mountain bike race, as it is situated on 1200 hectares of gorgeous Swazi bushveld overlooking the great Usuthu River and resting on the shoulders of the majestic Lubombo Mountains.
It is also an ideal place for individuals, families, tourists, adventure and thrill-seekers to experience the best of Swaziland’s natural wonders, breath-taking scenery and exciting activities. This mountain bike race will take hundreds of Swazi riders from the luxurious Golf Estate terrain, to the mountainous landscape within Nkonyeni Lodge & Golf Estate.
Inyatsi Construction, which strives to promote health, fitness, social cycling and corporate social responsibility, is the anchor sponsor for this event and has a strong and vibrant cycling club. The proceeds of the Inyatsi Nkonyeni G2G MTB Classic will go to the Lions Clubs International which is the world’s largest service club organisation with more than 1.4 million members in approximately 46 000 clubs in more than 200 countries around the world. This organisation is committed to helping the less privileged individuals and families in the Swaziland community and all participants in this race will be cycling for a good cause.
Nkonyeni Lodge & Golf Estate has accommodation available for the race, at a 20% discounted rate and more rooms available, as part of their new lodge expansion. All riders and visitors can enjoy a unique stay in Swaziland at Nkonyeni, with its cozy thatched chalets nestled in the bush on the riverfront or in its stylish self-catering pool villas.
