Reed Travel Exhibitions have created a cost effective Africa pavilion to provide an “umbrella” for African companies wishing to gain business from this very important emerging market.

  • Brazilian Arrivals figures into South Africa are going through the Roof!!….. Over 60,000 Brazilian tourists visited South Africa in 2014. A large number are also in transit to other African countries.
  • A total of close to 100,000 arrivals into SA from Central and South America for 2014.
  • Latin America has more than 46 million residents traveling abroad for leisure and almost 11 million for business.
  • México, Brazil, Argentina and Chile have the highest number of people traveling abroad – more than 35 million residents.

With WTM Latin America and the 43rd Braztoa Business Event approaching the third edition in 2015 (22-24 April) in São Paulo, Brazil, we are pleased to announce some brand new initiatives to strengthen the show’s position as the leading global event for the Latin American travel industry.

  • We’re moving! The 2015show will be held in a centrally located venue in downtown São Paulo – Expo Center Norte. The venue has easier transportation links than the previous venue making it easier for individuals to travel to and from WTM Latin America. This means MORE VISITORS.
  • Business Travel area – A new dedicated Business Travel area has been added to the show floor within the Global Village area. We will also hosting up to 100 Brazilian Business Travel buyers providing further business opportunities for exhibitors at WTM Latin America.

In addition to the fresh initiatives mentioned above, the show will carry on with its existing successful activities including:

  • Hosted Buyer Programme – up to 120 international buyers (Leisure & MICE) for 3 days of pre-scheduled appointments with exhibitors.
  • WTM Buyers’ Club – the leading global business club for senior travel industry buyers, who have direct responsibility for purchasing products. Members will have access to the pre-schedule diary system to make appointments with exhibiting companies.
  • Braztoa Buyers – up to 70 Product Managers in attendance. The Brazilian Association of Tourism Operators (BRAZTOA) is responsible for 90% of the outbound Travel Market from Brazil transporting 5,91 Million passengers
  • Speed Networking Sessions – enabling exhibitors to meet with key buyers and the media in separate speed networking sessions during the show. Networking sessions include:

The price of a 6,25 square metres booth is USD 4650

This is a “Walk on” Package including a table, two chairs, a lockable cupboard with logo, Fascia board , logo and a graphic of your choice .

A 9 square metres stand would cost approximately $6500 including shell scheme package. Stand costs depend on position on the floorplan and number of open sides.
